Wages
– ADD--- Establish minimum job title start rates. All
bargaining unit employees shall receive no less than the State
of California Minimum Wage per hour during the term of this
Agreement. Effective June 29, 2003, all employees with one or
more years of employment, except “tipped” employees (Food
Runner, Lead VPT Service, Lead Wait Staff, Lead Food Runner,
Bartenders, Carts, Cocktail Servers, Counter Persons, VPT
Services and Wait Staff shall receive a general increase to
their base hourly pay rate of 2.5%.
Effective
June 29, 2004, all employees, except tipped employees shall
receive a 2.5% increase.
Effective June 29, 2005, all employees, except tipped employees
shall receive a 2.5% increase.
Employees directed to “train” other employees shall receive an
additional $0.50 per hour. |

insurance for an employee & 50% of the cost of dental insurance
for an employee plus spouse, employee plus children and /or
family. The Tribe will pay chiropractic & acupuncture coverage
for the employee.
The
Tribe will pay for Life Insurance for the employee. The
employee may purchase supplemental Life Insurance at their own
cost. |
